6 wks post Mommy Makeover (extended tt, breast lift) after two kids/c sections and losing about 80 lbs. naturally. My review is going to be long but if you are looking into this surgery you must understand that this is huge.I researched/saved for years hoping one day I can have it and with hard work and prayer my dreams came true. I consulted with three surgeons (one being Dr. Gill ) and knew immediately I was going with him. So many factors go into that decision. Where he truly got me is 1. How kind and straight up chill he is. 2. Was how upfront he was.He said I was a great candidate but was clear that I can’t expect to come out looking like a photo shopped model. He can only perform what anatomy will allow to keep me safe. I really liked that about him bc I have seen so many girls go in and get stuff done other places and they are not happy or had issues. Another part to this is while I was dreaming of this surgery, I thought I wanted implants and drainless. Dr. Gill suggested no implants for me, he did not think they were needed, it would be a safer healing process but he let me decide. He also uses drains bc it is safe/ better overall recovery. I was a little hesitant bc I was set in my head, but I trusted him.Not getting implants and trusting him saved me tons of money, my natural lift looks better than I dreamed. I look like I have implants,recovery was easy and I can go back to working out with no limitations.That alone shows he is doing this for the right reasons and his patients results are his priority.Surgery day comes and its luxury. I was shocked at the process.It is not a doctors apt or an er visit. You show up surgery day and as Jen says, “you are the start of the show”. You do not wait,they take you directly back to the amazing room that is connected to the office.It wasn’t a new place or a hospital setting it was very calm.The nurse you are familiar with at this point gets you prepped, and I swear within 20 minutes I was asleep and in.Surgery day felt a blink of an eye. While recovering/loopy with your nurse, Dr.Gill is quietly checking on you and I still remember seeing him peeking at me just to make sure I was doing good. The care is just there with him.Post Op- this is the biggest part. It is a journey, a marathon and physical/mental test. There is no amount of prep to have a perfect recovery. I was healthy, bought more than needed and it is still huge. Recovery was personally a breeze.My results are more than I could have dreamed of. I would have accepted less. Life is forever changed, and I can’t see how any life choice will top this one for me. I look at myself and can’t believe it is real.6wks after Im back to normal,scars tiny, easily covered with all swim bottoms/panties. I had 0 complications with the surgery. Another huge part I want to point out-my stomach & belly button.Im asked constantly who did my surgery due to how amazing my belly button/stomach look.Such natural shape and bellybttn looks exactly like it did prior.Finally, the team. I never thought of this part, but it is wild the impact it had on the experience. You will see the nurses Jenn and Allysa more than you think.You see them, txt them, call them and it was a blessing. Those two women are absolute angels and truly made my experience top tier. The are gifts to the Gill Center and necessary pieces to the puzzle. Their bedside manner, kindness, understanding, and support is priceless. They kind of carry you through recovery and are a support blanket during a time you will have a million questions, doubts and insecurities due to your state of recovery. They are absolute GOLD and appreciate them so much for being there and being so cool while doing it. I can’t recommend Dr. Gill enough. I am not an influencer trying to get discounts or a super fan in and out of the office for multiple things. I am just a girl, a mom, a wife that had a dream and saved to make it happen and was lucky enough to pick a surgeon that made my experience worth it 10x over. I hope this helps someone and book the surgery bc life is incredible with it !

Only place I will go to for cosmetic injectables. I regularly maintain juvaderm and Botox for lips and face, and am always very pleased with the results! Dr. Anita Gill is one of the friendliest and most pleasant dermatologists I have worked with, every time she presents a genuine, caring disposition. She wants to make sure you're happy with what you're walking out with always!! The front staff are so sweet and helpful as well. I've never had a bad experience here. I've already recommended to anyone I know interested in finding a good dermatologist, whether for medical or cosmetic reasons.

The Gill Center has by far surpassed my expectations. They are always there to answer any questions. Dr. Gill is extremely knowledgeable and a great plastic surgeon. The staff is amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Anita Gill has been my dermatologist since I was 15 years old, I am now 32. She is a goddess with hands of an angel. I have always trusted her judgment and my skin has never looked better.

Seven months ago, I underwent surgery with Dr. Gill, and from start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism, kindness, and efficiency displayed by Dr. Gill and his team put me at ease every step of the way. From the very beginning, Melissa was my go-to person. She was my first email contact and the one who guided me through my initial appointment. Melissa explained the procedures, costs, and details in such a clear and reassuring manner that saying yes to Dr. Gill's practice felt like the only logical choice! Her marketing and communication skills are unmatched—I honestly feel like I need to take master classes in sales from her. The process of payment can be stressful, but the staff made it as seamless as possible. I had to split my payment into two parts and encountered some extenuating circumstances, but the team was incredibly understanding and provided me with all the guidance I needed. I must have emailed Melissa daily with questions—ranging from surgery details to yoga practice and even help with my employer’s short-term disability paperwork—and she always responded with patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Once everything was set, nurse Jennifer stepped in with detailed post-op care instructions and a comprehensive list of supplies. I actually had to create a binder with tabs to keep everything organized, which speaks to how thorough the instructions were. On surgery day, I was a nervous wreck after a sleepless night, but the surgical team was incredible. They kept me laughing and completely at ease. The anesthesiologist was kind and walked me through everything step-by-step, ensuring I understood what to expect during and after the procedure. Dr. Gill himself was calm, reassuring, and offered thoughtful guidance on how to recover properly. After surgery, the team’s dedication didn’t stop. Molly and the surgical desk staff deserve a special shoutout for their patience and care when I was groggy and not the easiest patient to deal with. Honestly, I wish there had been an overnight stay option—I could have slept for days! Recovery is no small feat, and those first ten days post-surgery were intense. I had access to a special text line to communicate daily with the staff, which was a lifesaver for my anxious questions. They patiently explained what was normal and reassured me throughout the process. When it came time to remove the drain tubes, Jennifer and Alyssa worked with such skill and efficiency that it was over before I knew it. My follow-up appointments over the last six months have been something I’ve genuinely looked forward to. The staff is always welcoming and invested in my progress, making every visit a positive experience. Choosing Dr. Gill and his team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The Gill Center was my second consultation experience, and I knew the after that appointment this was the team I wanted to take care of me! Not only are the staff, nurses, and Dr. Gill professional—-but they are warm, kind, and make you feel very comfortable pre- and post-operatively. I would choose the Gill Center again hands-down! I underwent a tummy tuck and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am very impressed by Dr. Gill’s surgical skills! A family member also had a tummy tuck procedure here a few months ago—-she loves her results and feels the same way I do!

I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Gill and his staff. I was in the best of hands with the Gill Center. Everyone was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.
